User Data Deletion

At Judy.ph, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we store, how you can request its deletion, and what to expect during the process. This is in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. What Data We Store

When you use Judy.ph, we may store the following information:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by your social login provider (Google or Facebook)
• Chat History: The questions you ask and the AI-generated responses from your conversations
• Session Data: Conversation session identifiers used to organize your chat history

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data by sending an email to:

• The email address associated with your Judy.ph account
• The social login provider you used (Google or Facebook)
• A brief statement that you wish to have your data deleted

3. Deletion Process

Once we receive your request, we will follow this process:

1. We verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
2. We locate all personal data associated with your account
3. We permanently delete your account information, chat history, and session data from our systems
4. We send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

4. Timeline

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. In most cases, your data will be deleted much sooner. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and expected completion date.

5. What Happens After Deletion

• Your account will be permanently removed and you will no longer be able to log in
• All your chat conversations and history will be erased
• Any shared response cards previously generated will remain as static images but will no longer be linked to your account
• You are free to create a new account at any time by signing in again

6. Facebook and Google Data

Judy.ph only stores the basic profile information received during social login. We do not have access to your Facebook or Google account beyond what you authorized. To revoke Judy.ph's access to your social account:

• Facebook: Go to Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove Judy.ph
• Google: Go to your Google Account > Security > Third-party apps > Remove Judy.ph

7. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may need to retain certain data if required by Philippine law, legal proceedings, or regulatory obligations. If this applies to your request, we will inform you of the specific reason and the expected retention period.
